Hi folks. Despite several engineers in the family, one in particular with no job to speak of, and plenty of computer savvy - www.minosbakery.com is in the stone ages. It looks like it was designed right after Al Gore invented the internet and not touched again.

So, in an effort to keep you posted on the exciting and seasonal things that are going on here at Minos, we are taking the easy way out and doing a blog.
